All of the MD’s listed are named because they took part materially in some way, made false statements, etc. Their are also more people involved at the Meadowbrook facility in Mar Vista, Ca, and psychiatric officials in the penal system. Dr. Salk has been manipulating and abusing the psychiatric system to assault myself, and the community collateraly.
FYI the statute of limitations does not apply here as it is an ongoing and compounding offensive racist hate crime and public interest issue that was concealed from me, and a matter of personal conflict of interest and collaboration, abuse of power, malicious retaliation, false grossly defamatory weaponized psychiatric diagnosis, designation, and false narrative, the stripping of rights, abuse and imprisonment, supervision and intervention, stochastic terrorism, and devastating personal, collateral, social, economic, and health impact, besides other obvious reasons. He is also currently obstructing vital medical treatment through directly communicating his false defamatory discrediting psych designation to MD’s. Therefore the overall matter is ongoing.
There is also reason to suspect, deduce, and conclude that my family has been psychologically manipulated and coercively persuaded by the perpetrators. They were in fact lied to, manipulated, and deceived by Dr. Salk, Dr. DeAntonio (deceased), and Dr Szuba (deceased).
To summarize, this long-term offensive malfeasance was initiated by Dr. Jonathan Salk with the intention of covering up my reports of racist anti-intellectual social bullying at UCLA by a Mrs. (redacted)-Salk and a clique of her associates through the utilization of weaponized false psychiatric diagnosis and fictitious libelous psych reports to officially discredit my person and testimony and subject myself to penal institutionalization compounded by false criminal collaboration and coordination with Mrs (redacted)-Salk. The ongoing sorry matter is the result of that unfortunate coincidental twist of fate and treacherous criminal scheme. It is a simple case of personal conflict of interest due to a familiar association, and subsequent malicious destructive retaliation. He evidently believed himself above the court and impune to it’s laws against offensive criminality.
He initially attempted institutionalizing me but I was released by the court due to a lack of evidence (besides his own false report statements of course). The false psych diagnosis and report concocted by the UCLA NPI was concealed from me.
And but that was only the beginning.
Immediately afterwards I left town to live in the Haight-Ashbury/Fillmore neighborhood of San Francisco with friends, travel the Pacific Northwest, go on Grateful Dead tour, and to the Atlantic Northeast returning to Los Angeles a year later. I again informed my parents of further stalking and harassment on the road, on Tour, and continuing in the UCLA student community, but my efforts to assistance were stymied and thwarted by the premeditated plotting of Dr. Salk et al, and additional compounding coordinated countermove of a secret false accusation of stalking from Mrs. (redacted)-Salk. I was not informed or questioned regarding said clandestine “Karen” accusation, and due to UCLA NPI’s previous false psych report, diagnosis, and fictional bad-character portrayal from a year earlier I was presumed guilty and an “informal” restraining and protection order was arranged. It was a sneaky surreptitious set up. They instructed my mother to call Dr. DeAntonio if I reported further harassment, and so when I did I was apprehended and railroaded to wrongful institutionalization, punitive incarceration, and subsequent ongoing oppressive supervision, obstructive destructive antisocial psyops and intervention, and civilian domestic terrorism.
The perpetrators at UCLA NPI told me i did not have a choice in the matter or right to contest, and falsely stated in their psych report that I waived my right to a court hearing and willingly accepted institutionalization.
They lied and deceived me because in court I would have discovered the matter of UCLA NPI’s false psych reports and Mrs. (redacted)-Salk’s false “Karen” accusation and exposed their shady offensive subterfuge and abusive malfeasance. I had sensed a menacing threat in the shadows and behold i was right.
This case is a matter of systemic structural systematic institutional racism, racist culture war, civilian psyops theatre, scapegoating, and officially dictated alternative reality narrative to cover up and erase the truth of the matter and to overwrite my life’s story. It is the political abuse of psychiatry and the deprivation of rights under the color of authority and law by employees of UCLA NPI as umbrella cover for clandestine, subsequent, and ongoing U.S. administration sanctioned punitive monitoring and supervision, obstructive racist antisocial intervention, obstructive social ops, offensive domestic counterintelligence, weaponized character defaming disinformation dissemination, antisocial civilian psyops, domestic stochastic terrorism, spectator Lynch mob, and collateral anti-interracial targeting all enabled and conducted pretentiously under the psychiatrist’s “duty to warn and protect”. He set me up to be terrorized, ruined, and destroyed to put it plainly.
I am aware that they (Feds) have over time developed an offensive false investigation and manufactured a fictional defamatory narrative painting me as a dangerous violent psychotic pervert and based on Dr Salk’s false and weaponized psychological reports and diagnosis of schizophrenia, and subsequent false accusations from both coerced and willing participants in their stochastic terrorism scheme and racket. They have been using that false designation, a falsified criminal rap sheet, their false declaration of myself as being psychotic, incapable, incoherent, and dangerous, and fictional dramatic lies and narrative to presume me guilty and enable offensive and collateral operations under a pretentious umbrella of the psychiatrist’s “Duty to warn and protect”. It was used as the cover story to enable clandestine offensive supervisory and punitive operations. It was also used to keep the matter of Mrs (redacted)-Salk’s involvement suppressed and concealed, and to withhold from me knowledge of everything else including fictional and false coerced statements from family and associates, and false accusations and testimony from witting and employed contracted plants, informants, and collaborators so that I would not have the wherewithal to defend and protect myself (Legally? Did they strip me of my rights?).
They have spawned and foment domestic stochastic conspiracy, terrorism, and Lynch mob. Mrs (redacted)-Salk’s false accusation is the evidence and crux that proves this extraordinary yet familiar case of institutional racism and supremacy. Dr Jonathon Salk, because of personal psychopathology and conflict of interest chose to subject myself, Family, and associates to ongoing offensive, disruptive, and destructive manipulation, terrorism, and torture both mental and physical in order to cover up offensive social bullying instigated and perpetrated by his familiar relation, a student at UCLA. Like a brutal fascist monster he has treated my family like expendable animals, like rats in a cage. I was a young, naive, innocent, upstanding, outstanding progressive student and athlete, graduate of the Harvard School, student at Princeton University, respected peer metaphysical thought leader, popular cool kid, socially advantaged, pedigreed member of the young Afro-melanated intelligentsia, and the Hollywood and music scene. It was a direct and deliberate act of anti-intellectual racist culture war against the freedom, success, potential, independence, and well being of my family, community, and the Afro-melanated and “inter-racial” community. He maliciously and brazenly flipped my own initial report on Mrs. (redacted)-Salk, and wrote, hyped, and dictated their false outlandish offensive psychodramatic narrative script in order to reverse my public image, reputation, official status and standing, and limit and control my real social and life experience like in the sociopolitical comedy movie “Trading Places”.
Dr Salk has also been (ongoing) directly obstructing vital ongoing medical treatment for an extreme painful and life threatening condition (systemic and resistant fungal infection) by communicating his false psychological diagnosis of schizophrenia and defamatory manufactured narrative to MD’s resulting in ongoing mistreatment, non-treatment, and malpractice. He has communicated with every MD since the infection’s contraction advising non-assistance and causing me to be disregarded, ignored, and mistreated detrimentally. His obstruction of my treatment is tantamount to assault. He has been torturing me and threatening my life. He has stolen my health and strength. Perhaps he had something to do with the suspicious circumstances and way I contracted the infection (a passed sip of a bottle from an unfamiliar casual houseless aquaintance across the street from UCLA) and he is trying to take me out of the picture cloak and dagger now that I’ve figured out his plot and schemes and laid and spelled them out plainly in logically sealed vet-able detail so that I may not be taken advantage of, abused, and injured any further. He thought I would not survive to figure the matter out, gather sufficient evidence, or be able to articulate and prove my case.
This urgent matter must be heard and addressed by the Court.
My accusations and case are in order and proven. Its seriousness and gravity demands address. Its agency compels timely correct action and resolve. Your assistance and protections are in order.
Please do not allow the perps to bs, coerce, or bully you into participating in their irresponsible dishonorable offensive recalcitrant mendacious cover-up of this extremely serious court matter of public impact and interest.
Evidently i have been previously hindered and obstructed in my efforts to assistance and due process like the offensive matter is being railroaded by the Feds as if i am actually the terrible schizophrenic character and threat Dr Salk fictionally libels, defames, and dictates me to be. But he and his associates and enablers are the ones who have proven themselves to be offensive, criminal, hurtful, shady, dishonest, racist, psychopathic, and out of order. They have assailed my life and the well being of my family, partners, associates, and the afro-melanated and inter-“racial” community. I have been segregated, isolated, scapegoated, alienated, and terrorized. They have fomented hate and racism. They have subjected innocents to persecution and torture.
Psychiatrists have the ability to lie and falsely designate people as public domestic enemies. Evidently the U.S. deploys clandestine “duty to warn/protect” stalking, narrative disemination, and social disruption psyop agents/teams against people designated threats to public safety. Dr. Salk is associated with the CIA and U.S. Intelligence community. The CIA funded the establishment and construction of the UCLA NPI. Dr Salk is also employed at the VA WLA campus.
He has evidently utilized the false schizophrenia and “mentally incompetent” designation to discredit my testimony and deny my legal/judicial and medical rights.
The matter also includes coordination with police (referring to Mrs (redacted)-Salk’s false “Karen” stalking accusation and restraining order, and other later incidents), and the U S. medical care system (he has blocked medical treatment for a suspiciously contracted ongoing life threatening infection), and i assume the U.S. Intelligence community.
He also set me up for coordinated and surreptitious made false accusations of perversion and rape through his false fictional psych report describing me as having an Oedipus complex. I have also been wrongly hyped as being gay because of friendly associations with LGBT individuals, and because i am single without children which is the result of Dr Salk’s pretentious, intimidating, psychlogically manipulative, disruptive, and ongoing “duty to warn and protect” operations. Romantic and friendly associations have routinely been purposefully and menacingly approached with the official defamatory schizophrenic pervert disinformation narrative spawned by Salk resulting in disrupted relationships. It is the pretense for “proactive preventative” anti-personal operations. He set me up to be segregated by the government and stochastically terrorized and mobbed by the general public.
It’s as if i’ve been clandestinely and informally registered as a sex offender and the false psych designation and “duty to protect” has been used as excuse to clandestinely disseminate said defamatory disinformation, and to not appraise me of that or of surreptitious false accusations of which i was presumed guilty because of the false psych designation. They have framed me in a catch -22.
UCLA psychiatrist Dr Jonathan Salk has abused the power of his position to target, attack, and terrorize me through false and extreme defamatory weaponized psychological diagnosis and disinformation narrative psyop.
If i am so dangerous, demented, psychotic, and guilty of committing so many offensive transgressions and over time that they have stalked, monitored, supervised, hyped, terrorized, and stripped me of my rights and freedoms then why am i not imprisoned in a penal psych ward? Why am i in effect informally and indefinately imprisoned by the psychiatric institution? It is because they are lying, have manufactured an offensive narrative, and have actually been “walking” and using me sociopolitically as a spectacle scapegoat sacrifice in a racist culture war.
Dr. Salk has maltreated me like a slave and thru his lies and machinations has psychologically manipulated and abused my family as if our lives do not matter and done in a brazen show of utter contempt for the Afro-melanated community.
You must not allow the personal racist malicious will and criminal conflict of interest of Dr Salk (he effectlively represented Mrs (redacted)-Salk) to control the U.S. judicial system and medical establishment.
The perpetrators have purposefully assailed, abused, devastated, and traumatized myself and circle of community. Their actions are clandestine, fascistic, and reminiscent of recent overt oppressive U.S. historical precedent.
Keep in mind that in 1989 i was yet an innocent, sheltered, naive youth trusting of the U.S. govt institution and its employees at the UCLA NPI. I was lied to, manipulated, and tricked, my family was lied to and coercively persuaded, i was told i had no say or choice in the matter, kept in the dark as to what was actually going on, ruthlessly and systematically taken advantage of, deceived, and bamboozled. I was maliciously handled and indefinately retaliated against for responsibly reporting racist anti-intellectual bullying at UCLA. I have been abusively maltreated like a public enemy of the state.
Salk’s offensive sociopathic inclination and criminal impulse was based in personal conflict of interest, racist psychopathology and malice, and agressive racist culture war against the success and well being of the Afro-melanated and inter-“racial” community.
My accusations and case are in order and proven. Its seriousness and gravity demands address. Its agency compels timely correct action and resolve.
Statute of Limitations does not apply in this case because:
1.) I am accusing the U.S. institution and government agencies. I have been reporting this ongoing matter to them from the very beginning. The U.S. Government has shown a purposeful disregard and negligence of duty. Obvious and intentional use of the statute of limitations as a means to cover-up, obstruction, and narrative management. Justice has no expiration date.
2. Proof of egregious offensive psychiatric misconduct, deception, and cover-up by Dr. Jonathan Salk, Dr. Mark DeAntonio, UCLA NPI, et al. They concealed the matter, and their false diagnosis and narrative from me.
3. The matter is a crime that took some years to discover and to realize its full detail and extent, and to prove my case. The evidence revealed and presented itself over time. I had to figure things out.
4. I was declared mentally ill, thusly suspending the statute of limitations. Also purposeful misuse of their false psychological designation as a loophole to the obstruction of justice.
5. Time consuming cover-up and obstruction of justice by the Federal government and law enforcement, including concealing from me the false accusation of stalking made by Mrs. Vantress-Salk, and the intimidation and coercion of lawyers, others, and the general public.
6. Grievous injury to myself and others. Cruel and unusual punishment and abuse. Extreme physical and psychological hardship, stress, torture, and siege.
7. It is an ongoing situation and operation producing life-threatening drama to myself, and life threatening collateral threat, drama, targeting, and injury to the general public. They have utilized psychological manipulation, psyops, coercion, mafia mob methods, and physically offensive actions to handle and manage those with knowledge of the situation in order to maintain their official false narrative, theatrical script, alternative reality, and cover-up, to erase my trail and the wake of their operations, and to the erasure of history and truth and its replacement by false narrative. Utilized as a nexus through which to target sympathetic and like-minded others, one operation has morphed into many. It defines an offensive large scale unlimited operations umbrella and program and is therefore an urgent impact case of public interest and concern and demanding immediate address and action.
8. Dr. Salk has been obstructing and preventing the vital necessary treatment for a now systemic fungal (candida) infection since 2016 by directly communicating false diagnosis and exremely defamatory disinformation to my medical doctors and resulting in mistreatmeant and malpractice. I was informed of this fact by a doctor at the Venice health clinic in 2021. My intelligence, information, pain, and the obvious symptoms have been consistently ingnored since the infection’s beginning. My body and health have since been decimated. I’ve now serious systemic damage to muscles, bone, joints, nervous system (neuropathy), skin, eyes, hair, destroying discs in spine, right hip and right shoulder are especially affected and damaged at 15% motion capability, constant excruciating muscle pain and dramatic atophy and weight loss, fatigue, etc. Candida was confirmed in 2019, 2021, and 2022, yet the necessary IV treatment has not been administered. I am being tortured (attempted murder), injured, and terroraized in personal malicious racist destructive retaliation and culture war by Dr. Salk. By obstructing vital treatment he is trying to kill me, and as if I am a worthless, dangerous, psychotic, perverted, mentally handicapped criminal being punished. He has been offensively abusing his position as a government psychiatrist and under the pretense and color of authority.
9. The Ca Assembly Bill 218 seems appropriate to this case. Or the Adult Survivors Act.
The U.S. court and justice system must address this extraordinary, horrible, racist, and insane (sociopathic) hate crime and domestic terror psyop.
West LA LAPD station detectives say they cannot find the records from their previous investigation of the matter, including the record of her false accusation? These are records from after 2005, and also the original docs referenced by the LAPD from 1989/91.
Yet another resultant documented incident of hate crime and stochastic terrorism recently occurred in Venice Beach. I am a WLA local and familiar with Venice and the community housed and unhoused. In July 2021 a lady friend of mine was surreptitiously and menacingly threatened by a group of houseless people on the Venice boardwalk stalking and participating in the stochastic terrorism operation racket against me “informing” her and others of the gross defamatory disinformation narrative manufactured by Dr Salk and disseminated surreptitiously and antisocially under the pretense of a “duty to warn and protect”. They said: “He’s a bad character, bad news, a schizo, a perv, a predator, a rapist, he’s marked to be lynched, you don’t want to be associated with him.” They do that to attack, disrupt, manipulate, intimidate, isolate, alienate, mark, track, and scapegoat. They have spawned over time a sizable social conspiracy and Lynch mob utilizing officially disseminated disinformation, gossip, hype, and the comms network of “The Family” or “Grateful Dead Family (GDF)”, established by the CIA in the 1960s as a shadowy offensive covert psyop and terror operations arm and Mafia mob that has infiltrated and embedded itself in the Grateful Dead and progressive intellectual spiritual hippy community from coast to coast. My life and those of my associates are threatened and endangered. They have been engineering murder. There is reason to believe that innocent people have already been collaterally murdered by them.
They have sanctioned psyops and facilitate domestic stochastic terrorism. They have created a racket for opportunists and bad actors. They have scapegoated and used me as a pawn in a racist antisocial culture war. They have fomented hate, ignorance, mistrust, racism, chaos, and social division.
